Richard has been in residential property sales for over 15 years and has amassed experience in most aspects of the industry from selling a family home, investment portfolio, HMO or block sale.
Richard's role includes working with each property partner to source and secure new property and land deals, assisting in the sale of many of The Property Advantage's property stock and being a driving force with other members of the team behind growing the business.
With a history in Infrastructure Project Management within the sports industry and having been brought up managing family property, Jessica took the leap into the Property Industry full time five years ago; expanding, managing and developing her own family business and portfolio of single lets, HMO's and commercial properties. In addition to her property portfolio, Jessica has experience in land acquisition and planning. Jessica's role is North West focused; specifically property acquisition ranging from large block portfolios, development land and single let opportunities.
A qualified accountant with extensive board level experience mainly within Corporate Finance and Private Equity environments, Dion specializes in developing relationships and providing high yield, commercial and residential, tax efficient, property investment solutions for HNWI, Family Office, Private Funds, Developers and Investors.

Kelly comes from a background in project management and is an expert in finding the right property solutions for each and every person she works with. Kelly's creative approach to property means that she is able to work closely with both established and new client investors to ensure we have investment deals that meet their individual requirements.
With a background in Technical Sales and Internet Marketing, James's skills really help in negotiation with vendors and finding the best possible solutions for them and our investors.
With a family background in property investment, it is in the blood and James currently has some Projects he is working on with JV partners as well as keeping investment opportunities flowing to our clients.
Following her qualification as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, Marie has worked in all sorts of housing environments including Head of the University of Wolverhampton Accommodation Services and also a Housing Association Property Leasing Manager.
Following the birth of her daughter, she set up her own Student Property Letting Agency in Wolverhampton building on her knowledge gained from University days. She managed student and professional HMO’s for over 12 years before selling the agency in 2018 to a Franchise company. She also owned her own student houses which she bought as her investment for her own daughters University fund!
Keen to stay in property and eager to work with investors, she joined the TPA following mentorship training and now works full time fulfilling that role and is also a Property Consultant for new investors.
An active property developer with a number of projects ongoing at any one time + an experience base founded in Project Management. Richard has a skill set which has proven to be most effective in sourcing off market land + development opportunities. Having set out to find sites to develop for his own company Richard soon moved on to bigger sites which found him working alongside local authorities, housing associations + private developers alike giving him a unique insight into the world of development from a range of perspectives.
